WHY GUARANTEE A HOTEL RESERVATION
A hotel room is a perishable product, which cannot be put on stock. The room that is not sold tonight cannot be sold tomorrow instead. If you book with our flexible terms for cancellation, you can cancel the room up until the day before arrival at 18:00 local time. It is very hard to resell rooms on the day, and a late cancellation often means that the room will be left empty – even on busy days.
CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR GROUPS (6 ROOMS OR MORE)
Up until 30 days prior to arrival the whole group can be cancelled free of charge. Between 30 days and 8 days before arrival you can cancel up to 25 % of the reservation without charge. Between 8 days and 24 hours before the arrival date up to 10% of the original reservation can be cancelled without charge. If the arrival date is less than 24 hours away, there is no option of cancelling the arrangement. CANCELLATION IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE
If a force majeure situation is keeping you from you reservation with us, the reservation has to be cancelled immediately - no matter the deadline for cancellation. The reservation must always be cancelled with the source through which it was booked. If a reservation is cancelled due to force majuere, the first night will not be charged as cancellation fee.
Early Retro Bookings or Best Deal bookings are non-refundable bookings, where the full reservation amount has to be paid as deposit when the booking is made. These types of bookings cannot be cancelled or changed.
We accept cash, foreign currency, and most credit cards, such as; VISA, EuroCard, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JBC.
CREDIT CARD FEE
A credit card fee for foreign credit cards applies (depending on the card issuer): Visa or MasterCard – 2,5%, AMEX – 2,95% and Diners 2,75%.

AlexandraCard terms and conditions
Extra advantages, for no extra charge. With your personal AlexandraCard you can collect Alexandra Roses and exchange them to a free night at Hotel Alexandra.
10 Alexandra Roses can be exchanged to a free night for two persons in a Danish Retro Room including breakfast.
The AlexandraCard is personal and is an offer to guests of the Hotel Alexandra.
For each night night at the Hotel Alexandra you will be eligible for one (1) Alexandra Rose.
The AlexandraCard and any roses attached cannot be transferred to others. Simply show your AlexandraCard upon check-out and receive your Alexandra rose(s).
You also have the option to download our digital AlexandraCard on the FidMe app, available on the app and google play stores. That way, your AlexandraCard is always at hand.
The AlexandraCard is valid for one (1) year. Accumulated Alexandra roses cannot be transferred to the next year. There will be offered no compensation or discounts for any accumulated Alexandra roses that have not been used, not received upon check-out, or that have been forgotten / lost.
The accumulated Alexandra roses must be exchanged for a gift certificate within 6 months of the AlexandraCard’s expiry date. The gift certificate is personal and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Please note that booking a room with the gift certificate is subject to availability on the requested dates.
